2. Hosting and server logs
When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser, operating system, referrer and technical request information. This is used to deliver and secure the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation). Log retention is determined by the hosting configuration and applicable legal/security requirements.
3. Privacy preferences and browser storage
MarketingFlow uses local browser storage to remember your privacy choices. This is necessary to respect your selection on later visits. You can reopen “Cookie settings” in the website footer and change your choice at any time.
4. Analytics
Current status: No Google Analytics or other analytics tag is configured in the website version covered by this notice. The consent interface contains an analytics preference so analytics can be added later without activating it before consent. If Google Analytics 4 is introduced, this section will be updated with the provider, purposes, data categories, retention settings and international-transfer information before deployment.
5. Affiliate links
MarketingFlow contains links to third-party products and services. Some are affiliate links. A destination URL may contain a referral identifier so the third party can attribute a visit or qualifying purchase to MarketingFlow. MarketingFlow may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. MarketingFlow does not currently activate separate affiliate/marketing tracking cookies on this website. Once you follow an external link, the destination provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and any information you provide in order to answer your request. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary, including for legal obligations and claims.
7. Recipients and international processing
Personal data may be processed by service providers required to operate the website, particularly hosting and technical infrastructure providers. The controller is established in the United Arab Emirates, so processing may involve countries outside the EEA. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard will be used as required.
8. EU representative
MarketingFlow keeps this notice under review to confirm whether Article 27 GDPR requires the appointment of a representative in the European Union for its processing activities. Where such an appointment applies, the representative’s contact details will be published in this section.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, applicable legal obligations, security, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
10. Your GDPR rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
11. Automated decision-making
MarketingFlow does not currently use personal data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
